Baltic Standards Forum – BSF 2025
The Baltic Standards Forum (BSF) – an annual meeting of representatives of national standardization bodies from Lithuania (LST), Estonia (EVS), Latvia (LVS), and Poland (PKN) – took place from September 3-5 of this year.
Traditionally, a different member state hosts the forum each year – this time, Lithuania organized the event.
The BSF provides a unique opportunity to discuss the common standardization policy of the Baltic countries and to launch initiatives at the European level. The meeting also serves to exchange experiences and present the achievements of individual bodies. Participants shared knowledge in management, standardization, IT, and marketing.
The Forum was attended by management representatives and experts specializing in the areas covered by the event's program. As in previous years, the meeting had both a plenary and working format, fostering knowledge exchange and the development of practical solutions.
The Baltic Standards Forum is an excellent example of how international cooperation strengthens the role of standards in Europe.
