II edition of the competition “Standardization and me” – the awards have been presented

During the III National Conference "Standardization in the school" held on 12th of March the following year in the premises of J. Jasiński LXXII High School in Warsaw the ceremonial presentation of diplomas and awards to winners of the second competition entitled "Standardization and me" took place. The event was graced with the presence of, among others: Tadeusz Sławecki - Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Education, Jacek Wojtas – Education Superintendent in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship and Wojciech Szewczyk - Deputy Commandant of the Voluntary Labour Corps  (OHP). Awards were presented by Tadeusz Sławecki, Tomasz Schweitzer - President of PKN and Witold Woźniak - Deputy Director of the National Centre for Supporting Vocational and Continuing Education (NCFSVCE).

The main topic of the conference "Education in the labor market" had been discussed by eleven speakers, representing both employers and the sphere of education. The subject attracted the attention of participants from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, Boards of Education, the Central Examination Commission, the Polish Craft Association, Federation of Engineering Associations, Institute for Educational Research, the Centre for Education and Information Technology in Warsaw, Lodz Centre of Excellence for Teacher Training and Practical Training, Warsaw Centre for Educational and Social Innovation and Training, Practical Training Centre in Warsaw and Siedlce, Centre for Development of Education, National Center for Agricultural Education, representatives of governments, employers, academic staff of universities, directors and teachers of secondary schools from across Poland.

Letters of congratulation were handed to Tomasz Schweitzer, President of PKN, by representatives of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the National Centre for Supporting Vocational and Continuing Education. The content of the aforementioned letters can be read below (in Polish).
